Parking lot
All hotel rooms are entitled to a complimentary overnight parking space from (9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.). The hotel has limited spaces that can be used during the day (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) free of charge, these will be assigned according to the arrival of the vehicles. If our capacity is exceeded, alternate parking can be used at an extra cost.
Cancellation time limit
No cancellation fee before 4:00 p.m. (local time), 48 hours before arrival.
After this period, the first “No show” night will be charged, for the amount of the first night of the room(s) reserved to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed.

Terms of sale
The price indicated is per room and for the number of people and dates selected in advance.
Special term for minors
Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one of their parents and with an official identification document. If the person responsible is not one of the parents, they must present a letter of authorization signed by either parent and a copy of an official identification to authenticate the signature.
Pet Term
Animals are not allowed on the property.
General
- The guest and their companions must present themselves with a valid official identification for entry.
- It is prohibited to bring food and drinks into the hotel.
- The amount specified in this document only covers the rent of the room. Any other consumption made will generate additional charges.
- In the event that the Guest or their companions smoke in any area of the Hotel where it is not expressly permitted, a penalty charge of $4,000.00 (Four thousand Mexican pesos) will be charged, per event, independent of sanctions that may be imposed by the authority.
